Dr. Kelly is a well-known diverticulitis doctor, specializing in gastroenterology. He has served the Montgomery County area since 1987. He graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston as well as completing his internship and residency there. He completed his Gastroenterology Fellowship at the University of Arizona and is board certifications in Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine.
